All things considered, we decided Google Workspace wins the battle regarding cost in upper-tier plans. Also, Workspace plans are all month-to-month, whereas Microsoft’s office suite subscriptions are billed monthly with an annual commitment. In all but the base plan, Workspace offers slightly lower prices for comparable plans and apps and twice the storage (although MS365’s office suite comes with more apps overall in upper tiers).
